  • Log into the ticket system with your AUSD Google credentials.

Before submitting a Technology Service Ticket, search our Knowledgebase by logging in while in your AUSD account. You will find answers to frequently asked questions, as well as simple troubleshooting techniques. If your issue is not addressed here, you may submit a Technology Service Ticket.


If you still need to submit a support ticket there are two options:

  1. Report and Issue – if you have a problem that needs to be resolved. Examples: Computer/Laptop or device issues, network or systems not functioning properly.
  2. Request a Service - if there is something you need. Examples: password reset, access to a new system or device, data request or training.

To View and Update Ticket Status:

  • After you are logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see OPEN TICKETS.
  • When a technician updates the request, you will receive an email update. You can reply to the email with any comments and/ or questions. This will automatically update the ticket and notify the technician. You can view any changes made under the section History Comments on the ticket.
