2019/2020 ENROLLMENT & INFORMATION

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

 

1.  Find the right school

3.  Schedule & Meet with an AUSD Enrollment Specialist

ENROLLMENT IS A 2 STEP PROCESS.  STEPS 2 & 3 MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER FOR ENROLLMENT TO BE COMPLETE.  ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE PROVIDED.

Bring Back Times for BOTH School Years are as follows:

beginning February 3, 2020

 

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30

Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30

Fridays from 9:00 to 10:00

 

We do not do full enrollments during bring back hours.  Bring Backs are for families who are missing only one or two items to complete their enrollment.

If you are missing more than 2 items you must schedule another enrollment appointment

BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO YOUR IN PERSON ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT

 

Required Proof of Alameda Residency (All 3 are required)
  • Property deed, current property tax bill, current mortgage statement or current rental agreement
  • Current (within 30 days) Alameda Municipal Power, PG&E or Water/Garbage only
  • Current Drivers License (ID purposes only, not accepted as proof of residency)
* If utilities are included in your rent you must supply one of the following:
  • W-2
  • Pay Stub
  • Public assistance documents
  • Vehicle Registration
  • USPS official change of address 
Proof of Immunizations
Birth Certificate, Passport or Baptismal Certificate
 
Grade or Transcripts if available

(Request to attend school with AUSD but live in a different city)
