AUSD ENROLLMENT 

Please Read All Information & Follow All Steps

 


ENROLLMENT STEPS & INFORMATION FOR THE 21/22 SCHOOL YEAR

2.  CLICK HERE complete the online registration

       

3.  CLICK HERE to schedule a processing time

   PLEASE BE ADVISED:  Once the enrollment has been processed your student will be expected to start school with AUSD.
    We will not honor scheduled processing times for students who do not plan to attend within 2 weeks enrollment completion.                          

Once all 3 steps are complete you will receive an email with information and instructions about how to complete enrollment

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT

RESIDENCY (ALL 3 ARE REQUIRED)

1.  Proof of Address

  • If you own your home: Property Deed/Property Tax/Mortgage statement
  • If you rent your home: FULL Rental Agreement/Lease

2. Proof of Utility

  • Alameda Municipal Power/PG&E or ACI ONLY
    • If utilities are included in your rent please provide one of the following with your name and address listed
      • W-2/Pay Stub/Public Assistance Document/Vehicle Registration

3.  Proof of ID

  • Current Driver's License
  • Current ID Card

STUDENT DOCUMENTS (4 & 5 ARE REQUIRED)

4.  Proof of Immunizations (click here to view requirements

5.  Birth Certificate/Passport/Baptismal Certificate

6.  Most Recent Transcript or Grades (if applicable)
