Videos for regular board meetings dating back to August, 2012 are also available on the NovusAgenda Board website by clicking on the HTML agenda for each meeting.

On both websites, video is segmented by agenda item to facilitate viewing separate presentations and discussions.

If you are looking for a meeting more than three months in the past, please be sure
you change the settings in the “Meetings Within Page” at the top of the NovusAgenda
Board web site from its default setting of “6 Month Span” to “Last 6 Months” or
“Custom Date Range” and then click on “Search.”

Board Meeting Information


The Board of Education holds regular meetings the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM.

Please note – there is only one meeting in December and no regularly scheduled meetings in July.


All meetings, unless posted otherwise, are held in the City of Alameda
Council Chambers located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue.
Meeting agendas are posted the Wednesday prior to the regular Board meeting at the following locations:
  • Window of main entrance of the District Office, 2060 Challenger Drive
  • District website (Agendas & Minutes page)
Copies of the agenda and backup materials are made available to the public. Any related agenda items that are distributed to at least a majority of Board Members less than 72 hours before a noticed meeting (and that are public records not otherwise exempt from disclosure) will be available for inspection at the District Office – 2060 Challenger Drive. Such writings may also be available on the District’s website.
